I’m only 16 but really want to get my license for skydiving. I live in southern California and every skydiving place I’ve checked around here has a minimum 18 year old limit. The law according to the USPA says 18 years or 16 with notarized consent, is there any DZ that allows minors anywhere in CA or in the neighboring states?
