like where can you SkyDive? and if you do jump out of a plane are their any chances you will land on top of a car or a house? or does the plane just go around in circles so you’ll land on a certain area? and do you need to know everything about skydiving in order to be allowed to do it?

Is it illegal for a younger person to tandem skydive or just not recommended?
